Start a useful AI project brief

Describe the user, the workflow and the result you want to improve. Identify the data required, the actions the system may take and the actions that need review.

Add a handful of representative examples and write down what would make each result acceptable. Include a difficult case and a case where the system should stop. Name the owner and the next decision the project should support.

This brief will change as the team learns. Keeping it concrete makes those changes visible and gives business and engineering teams a common starting point.
